Below is a breakdown of the Year to Date Sales in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for Residential Land. There were 2 lots sold last month in Sandestin Resort. While it is still slower in the residential land sales, there has been slight pickup on activity.

 

There have been 7 lot sales year to date. Compared to only 9 lots sold for the entire 2009, the first three months of 2010 have been off to a much better start for lots! If you are in the market to build a home, this is where you will see the single biggest cost savings!
