Below is a breakdown of the Year to Date Sales in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for Condos, Detached Single Family, and Attached Single Family Residences. As you can see, we’ve had some decent activity for the year! June is off to a great start – while there are only 2 closed sales as of June 04, 2009, the dollar amount sold is $2,142,000 indicating that the higher priced homes are selling.  In addition, there are currently 46 properties that are either Contingent or Pending within Sandestin Resort with various closing dates from June 2009 through September 2009.

Residential Land

 

Below is a breakdown of the Year to Date Sales in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for Residential Land. Lots have been harder to sell this year, but things are starting to pick up! There have only been 3 lot sales for the entire period. June is getting a bit better, but not by much. All the lot sales have been located within Burnt Pine. There has been one sale so far this month (Compass Realty of Florida represented the buyer of the lot in Burnt Pine). There is currently one Contingent lot sale scheduled to close within Sandestin Resort in mid-June. This lot is also within Burnt Pine.
